Packing Options
Full Packing – Our movers pack all your home items. They know how to pack with the most current technologies and materials in the industry.
Fragile Packing – You specify your fragile or valuable items – dishes, glassware, artwork, fragile furniture, mirrors, etc. We professionally pack them carefully, and you place all other goods.
Do It Yourself Packing – Matrix Relocations can provide all you need for packing (see sidebar on this page) and make your task really easy. Our packers from Sofia, Athens, Belgrade, Pristina and Zagreb will give you full information on the purpose of each box and how to pack your belongings.
Basic Family Moving Services
Loading – We label, inventory and load each of your belongings, in a systematic process. In addition, all upholstered furniture is wrapped in plastic wrap, a strong clear plastic that completely covers the furniture, protecting it from dust and any damage.
Transportation – All our trailers are equipped with really delicate suspension systems to ensure that the content travels in the safest way possible. All trucks are driven by the best-trained professional drivers in the industry.
Unloading – On arrival, we list all your items when unloading them. When unloading, all your belongings we place them in the rooms you specify. Assembly of furniture is available on request. In addition, we protect your new home using several types of runners to avoid stains or scratches on carpet and wooden surfaces.
Additional Family Moving Services
Unpacking – we open the boxes and place the contents on a flat surface. Matrix Relocations will provide any other placement needs on request. This optional service includes boxes and packing material removal.
Crating – high-value items such as works of art, high value collectibles or sensitive electronic equipment need special attention. Take advantage of the tailored crating to protect fragile or non-standard size items.
Cars / Boats – moving bulky items such as cars and boats may be included in your family moving services. Depending on the size, the elements will be protected and placed in the truck with the rest of your property … or on another vehicle if necessary.
Assembly / Disassembly – In addition, we can disassemble your furniture, swings, etc. before you move or reassemble it on arrival at your new home.
Third party services – Third party services such as appliance connection/disconnection, pool or hot tub disassembly / assembly and purification can be arranged for you on request.
Shuttle Services – Access to your house is obstructed, we send a small truck to transfer your belongings. From your old home to the moving van. Or from the moving van to your new home.
Storage – In addition, storage-in-transit for up to 90 days is available. Transferring goods after 90 days to a permanent storage. Storage is a good option if you want to move in your new home, but it is not available for some reason.
